Jude Kingshott

Jude has always been attracted to all forms of fibre, is passionate about Indigo dyeing, book making and hand stitching.

Her inspiration comes from many sources, nature, the environment, poetry, music, other artists and her love of travelling.

Jude teaches extensively in Europe often collaboratively with Brunhilde Scheidmeir at Textilstudio, Speyer, Germany.

She has exhibited internationally in both solo and group shows, future exhibitions can be found on her website www.judekingshott.co.uk.

Jude is currently working with mainly paper, both sculpting and bookmaking. Her  working processes include  screen printing, breakdown printing, mark making, eco printing, natural dyes but her first love is always hand stitching.
